An energetic 11-day language trip to Malta where you speak English from morning till night, explore the island, and enjoy sun, sea, and adventure. During the first three half-days, you’ll learn scuba diving: first in sheltered water, then twice in open sea. You’ll learn to breathe underwater, communicate with hand signals, and discover colourful fish down to 10 metres deep! The fourth session includes a fun mix of beach and water games. We sail to the Blue Lagoon for snorkelling, explore Valletta and Sliema through the Malta Express, visit the lively Marsaxlokk market, and enjoy a sunset BBQ at Golden Bay. The highlight is the day trip to Gozo — where, together with your leader, you design your own adventure, from the Citadel to Xlendi Bay.

We stay at the Buccaneers Boutique Guesthouse, a cosy and comfortable guesthouse located in St. Paul’s Bay, in the north of Malta. Rooms are spacious and modern, hosting 3 to 6 people, each with private bathroom and air conditioning.

A real bonus is the rooftop terrace with pool, perfect for cooling off between language sessions.

Our stay is on a full-board basis, so we get to enjoy both Mediterranean and British cuisine. Breakfast is a continental buffet, lunch is usually a picnic, and in the evening we enjoy a delicious southern-style dinner — we even have a beach barbecue!

Our home base, the Buccaneers Boutique Guesthouse, is located in lively St. Paul’s Bay, in the sunny north of Malta. Just a short walk from the sea, it’s the ideal spot to explore the island. The area combines the charm of a quiet village with the energy of a seaside town full of shops, cafés, and beaches.

The hotel, the village, and the region are perfect for a varied activity programme with sports, adventure, social, cultural, and tourist fun.

The CLIP team keeps things exciting with Swing Palace, a real-life Cluedo mystery, and a cosy Intimate Evening.

Between city games, evening entertainment, and team activities in the water, there’s always something to do — or just time to chat under the palm trees.

On this trip, you’ll be speaking English all day long — naturally, playfully, and without stress. Through fun group activities, you’ll quickly lose your fear of speaking, and the positive feedback at the end of the week shows how much you’ve improved!

You just need a basic knowledge of English, but everything here is about doing: theatre, music, street interviews, debates, word games, videos… Every 45 minutes, you work with a different leader, so it’s always fresh and fun.

We often hit the streets to chat with friendly Maltese locals or cool off in the pool or the sea — the perfect real-life language bath!

Transportation is provided from Brussels Airport (Zaventem). For the outbound flight, participants should meet at 5:00 PM underneath the information board in the departures hall. The return to Belgium is scheduled for 7:15 PM.

Flight KM421 will depart at 8:05 PM. For the return journey, we will take flight KM420 at 4:10 PM, with an expected arrival at 7:15 PM at Brussels Airport (Zaventem).

The price includes the flight, local transportation, accommodation, and the activity programme. It does not include the diving certification (+€100) or personal expenses.
