Period: 03/07/2026 – 12/07/2026
For adventurers, the week begins with a solid hike around Villeneuve-de-Berg. Next, we hop on our bikes and clip into the cables of the Via Cordata in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc: hiking and climbing along the rock walls of the Ardèche Gorges with spectacular views, guided by experienced instructors. Add a death ride in a cave and a treetop adventure course on the final day, and you get a 3D impression of the Ardèche — above and below ground — from volcanic landscapes and crystal-clear lakes to breathtaking panoramas!
Your taste buds will also be spoiled: during a guided tour you’ll discover how the famous Ardèche nougat is made and enjoy a tasting of this local treat.
On language camp at the Maison des Astars!
In Villeneuve-de-Berg we stay in a super cool historic place with a pool, terrace and even an outdoor kitchen. You’ll share comfy rooms with your own bathroom. Days are filled with language workshops and fun activities, evenings with chilling together, outdoor meals and pool time. The perfect summer vibe!
We’re staying in the heart of Villeneuve-de-Berg, a charming little town of 3,200 inhabitants that truly comes alive in summer.
Meeting the locals is easy here, especially on market day (Wednesday) and during the many festive events. On summer evenings, the Mardi Villeneuvois, a lively night market, adds even more atmosphere.
The townspeople always welcome us with open arms. Swapping a pancake or cotton candy for a friendly chat? They love it! And during our excursions to places like Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and Avignon, fun conversations with locals are always part of the adventure.
At CLIP, learning a language isn’t about boring lessons, but about action, variety and above all, fun. From the moment the bus leaves, we kick off with creative group activities that bring everyone together and help overcome the fear of speaking French. Through games, movement and creativity, learning French becomes natural and enjoyable.
We focus on daring to speak: making mistakes is allowed, because that’s how you grow. The group’s energy and the guidance provided create a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable joining in. Language, fun and friendship blend into an experience you’ll never forget.
We will depart together by bus on Friday evening, leaving from Leuven (8 p.m.), Groot-Bijgaarden (8:45 p.m.) or Ghent Dampoort (9:30 p.m.).
The price includes transport, accommodation and the programme, but excludes breakfast on the first morning (lunch during the departure on “Black Saturday”) and personal expenses.
To make sure you don’t forget anything, we’ve listed everything in this handy packing list.
For the return trip, arrival is scheduled on Sunday morning in Leuven (8 a.m.), Groot-Bijgaarden (8:45 a.m.) and Ghent Dampoort (9:30 a.m.).
PLEASE NOTE: On 1/8, coaches carrying children are not allowed to travel through France. Departure is therefore exceptionally scheduled for Friday morning (due to heavy traffic on the French motorways).
No worries — we will also send you all practical information by email before you leave!
