During 5 morning sessions you will have three hours of language workshops. In small groups you practice verbs and vocabulary while playing cards or singing French songs. Of course, these are just two examples of the varied language activities on each weekly menu.

Is this studying or animation? Don't worry about it. Just two elements of a refreshing all inclusive language formula that a lot of young people have already witnessed firsthand.

Each language activity gets the youngsters moving to the maximum. For example, we do a chair dance where you have to sit down as fast as you can when you hear a specific word. Every 45 minutes we work on a different theme. Variation rules!

The names of the language workshops speak for themselves : 'salade de fruits', 'nous sommes formidables', 'papaoutai', 'alors on chante'....

For the youngest participants, who have never had French in school, it's a language initiation. They are introduced to to French and learn their first words.

The older participants build their first sentences and learn to speak more freely and courageously. You never have a school-like feeling. You learn while playing and play while learning. Fun and education mingle in a unique way!

We open doors at 8 am After an hour of supervised play, we start the language workshops. At noon, we eat our lunch together and in the afternoon, we alternate craft and sports activities with other entertainment, such as a fun quiz or singing. During these activities, the language aspect is continuously present and we repeat what we've learned in the morning. At 4 pm the activities end but we provide another hour of supervised play, until 5 pm On Fridays, at 3:30 pm there is a presentation for the parents. This will last about half an hour.

This year we organize a language excursion to Louvain-la-Neuve on Saturday! There we will challenge each other, play games and talk to people to find answers. We put into practice what we've learned during the week! Louvain-la-Neuve is a young, dynamic, welcoming and, above all, traffic-free city. People there are happy to take the time to chat with our youngsters.

We meet at 9:30 am at Heverlee station. There we take the 10:03 am train to Louvain-la-Neuve, where we plan two city activities and have a picnic together. So be sure not to forget a packed lunch! We return by train and are back at the station of Heverlee at 3:57 pm.
