Group transport
Group transport is provided by luxury coach (video, air conditioning, etc.).
If you are using the group transport, please arrive at your pick-up point half an hour before departure. The coaches leave PROMPTLY at the stated time.
If you wish to change your pick-up point, please update it online. During the week before departure, changes can no longer be made online. Please contact the CLIP office by email or phone instead!

Own transport
We verwachten je omstreeks 12u aan de ingang van het kasteel. De gemakkelijkste manier om het kasteel te bereiken is via de autosnelweg Brussel-Luik-Aken (afslag 37). Het provinciaal domein is van bij de afrit aangeduid.

A few weeks before departure, you will receive an email with practical information and the required documents for the holiday.
CLIP tip
Label clothing, water bottles, towels and other belongings with your child’s name and phone number. This helps lost items find their way back much faster!
CLIP cannot be held liable for loss of, theft of or damage to personal belongings.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Travel documents and your holiday budget
- Identity card in your hand luggage + a copy in your luggage
- Upload a passport-style photo to your CLIP profile
- Copy of the general CLIP rules
- Pocket money for an extra drink or personal expenses: €25
- If you would like to send a card home, you can bring pre-stamped envelopes. Don’t forget to write the addresses on them.

Luggage is limited to 20 kg. Zwaardere valiezen kunnen worden geweigerd.
Lost something after camp? Don't panic!
After the holiday, all lost property is collected at our office: CLIP Taalvakanties, Tervuursesteenweg 611, 3001 Heverlee. Please call ahead on 016/29.49.99 to check whether any of your child’s belongings have been found.
