The city is the setting for our unique (language) vacation. We visit the Louvre, Centre Pompidou or Musée d'Orsay and go in search of the stories behind the most famous paintings. Together we will climb Montmartre, following in the footsteps of some famous artists. What do you think of the new blades on the Moulin Rouge? Do you recognize the brasserie from Amélie Poulain's film?

Among other things, we visit the lively Portobello Road market on Notting Hill. In the evening, we walk in the footsteps of Jack the Ripper with a local guide. You can also choose between two top programs (choose at registration). Camden Town where colorful stores, street art and performers set the tone. Harry Potter fans can participate in a "Tour for Muggles" . The latter is paying and places are limited!

The cruise begins and ends in Marseilles, docking along the way in Tarragona, Valencia, Livorno, Civitavecchia and Genoa. We also spend a full day at sea. We do not explore the various cities in a classical or passive way. Action is key.

We don't explore London in a passive way. We start in one of the most historic districts, Greenwich. We will personally guide our group mates around Saint Paul's Cathedral, the Museum of London and the Tower of London. During the London Express we will pass by the Globe, Tate Modern, London Eye, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. We solve a murder in Covent Garden, and end the week with a musical performance.
