Privacy statement

We collect personal data in three ways:

• participant registration
• info request participant
• leader candidacy 

The personal data communicated by the person concerned (name, address, telephone number...) are for internal use only (e.g. date of birth for group classification, address for brochure, e-mail for practical information and invoice). This means that your data will not be passed on to third parties (e.g. other organizations) for commercial purposes. If data are passed on to third parties, this is always for the benefit of the camp (e.g. name and date of birth for insurance or hotel). Via a checkbox at registration, the participant/leader actively consents to the use of the data.

These include the right to inspect personal data and the right to correct personal data.

• Right of inspection:
  This is the right of a 'consumer' to inspect their own personal data contained in the database of a company/organization. The procedure to follow for this is simple: you log in via clipadmin and find all the data there or you send an e-mail to info@clipvakanties.be, in which you state your full name, with the question whether your personal data can be sent (you can also do this by letter or you can drop by the secretariat in Heverlee, see contact details).
• Right of rectification:
  This is the right of a "consumer" to modify or correct their own personal data, which are included in the database of a company/organization, at any time. The procedure to follow is the same as above: you can - preferably - modify your data yourself in clipadmin or send by e-mail the data to be modified or corrected.

The person responsible for processing personal data is the organization CLIP Taalvakanties vzw.
